My Financial Industry experience includes Prepaid Card Programs from Concept to Market, a pioneer the GPR prepaid card for 1099 contractors producing tens of millions in transactions monthly, extensive knowledge of AML/BSA KYC Compliance, built digital FinTech (Bank 4.0) product combining financial literacy education, money mangement tools and prepaid on the Azure cloud using a behavioural economics (AI, Nudge Theory) model to empower members, market Card Not Present and High Risk Merchant Services to high volume clients. Former NASD 6&63 licensed, CFTC Series 3 commodities trader (CBOT) and currently teach cryptocurrency trading.
Track record in sales and business development leading high perfomance teams in a variety of settings. In direct sales I built several large national marketing and sales teams earning awards for earnings. leadership and training programs; created an innovative themed recruiting program for a Fortune 100 company that brought on 450 active salespeople in 4 months that quadruped corporate sales in our 5th month, earned Rookie of the Year and attained V.P. with A.L. Williams before age 30 (promoted on stage by Art Williams in Dallas Texas!), and as 1st VP, lead the Winter Park Jaycees (civic organization) to Top Chapter in Florida by doubling membership in 6 months.
