According to founder Mark Sullivan, “I feel like this format will allow me to share thirty years of experience working in and around snowboarding both quickly and with incredible depth. Talking directly with the change makers, allows listeners to hear first hand accounts of snowboardings’ defining moments.”

The show will premiere with three episodes per week, and once an initial audience is established, will move up to five shows per week, including a weekly ‘current events’ show called Real Talk. The remaining shows will focus on unedited, long format interviews.
